My ceremonies connect to you through heart centred intention - aligning and honouring the ones that came before us - in harmony with nature. This space allows us to drop into our heart so we can deeply connect to each other through our souls. The ancient ways are honoured and we deeply connect with the spirit of the plant which means we will always ethical, supporting the local communities where it originates - my two cacao connections are from Brazil & Guatemala

I am honoured to create and co create safe spaces for women to be, to gather and to feel seen, heard and held.
These circles are powerful for support, creativity, love and connection and I feel passionate in providing the space to allow women the opportunity to grow.
Sharing your story and being inspired by others allows the thread of sisterhood to weave through us all - lifting, encouraging and supporting each other.

I love to create space to dance - to celebrate the divine feminine form.
Through movement and breath we connect and weave magic to lose ourself from the outside world to the inner realm of the self.
The connection to spirit in this freedom is the connection to self that serves us in the highest order.

WOMB MEDICINE
A session dedicated to all women. Nourishing and nurturing through a gentle touch, infused with oils, plants allies in Sacred space to reconnect with your womb. Everything is birthed through the womb. Our Power, our voices, our passions, dreams, creativity, creations and therefore our lives.
The sacred arts of conception, lovemaking, birthing, divine feminine wisdom, honouring the bleed and menopause have been surrounded with suspicion, medicalised beyond our sovereignty as women. it is time to reclaim it. Every relationship we have leaves a trace on our wombs and clearing and purifying this energy is important to keep our channels clear for those things we want to bring into our lives.

MOTHERS BLESSINGS
I am passionate to honour the transition from our maiden to mother. This is about stepping into motherhood - it is a deep transformation where we prepare the heart - owning the journey up to this moment and celebrating all that motherhood brings to raise and prepare new life.
Creating a beautiful sacred and safe space by near loved ones & sisters I will create a beautifully adorned environment with the mother in mind crafted by nature to nurture and support.
Rooted in ancient ways we honour this tradition to transition to motherhood both emotionally and spiriutually - sharing support and encouragement for the mother to be

We can include ceremonial cacao or ceremonial tea to mark this occasion depending on your preference.
A gift can be shared to the supporting sisters/loved ones to remind the mum how deeply supported and loved she is by the group that honoured this blessing. We know that birhing is a journey and that collective energy can be a great strength.

WILD SWIMMING
This has been a wonderfully healing medicine for me & so if you would like to share this experience with me for connection and safety and shared healing please reach out. I hold gatherings that take place once a month at the beautiful ReWild Swim Club and you would be welcome to join us if that calls you.
